Food Consumption and What to Look out For

​

It has been instructed that we are to consume fruits and vegetables together throughout the day, and eaten simultaneously to fulfill the servings amount daily which is about 2 to 3 cups. What we are not told is that ingesting fruit alone helps increase the body's electrical system providing vital energy to sustain and support the body. This is why when waking up in the morning it's best to consume fruit to energize the morning and start the day full of electricity (upbeat, fueled, rejuvenated). On the other end, vegetables give us a sense of grounding and nourishes the body to where we are not hungry. 
We satisfy our cravings and become relaxed eating vegetables which is why we must consume them at a reasonable time of day. In my own experience, I like to consume my vegetables in the evening where I can relax, grounding myself after a long days work and whine down with meditation or other calming activities. When going grocery shopping, keep in mind that processed food of any kind is not good for the body and must find the next best alternatives to preserve human health. Replace hamburger buns, hotdog buns and sandwich bread with organic flours (spelt for example), whole grain oats (rolled), and organic tortilla wraps used to make vegan/vegetarian wraps. There are many spices and seasonings the exclude salt and must be avoided at all measures. Salt is a formed compound that has been configured in a laboratory and should not be consumed. Just through contemplation, salt is a type of crystallized mineral rock and does not fully break down in the body causing build up in our veins and arteries. These chemicals are made readily accessible for consumption in many different processed food items. To be on the safe side there are a multitude of alternatives for seasoning food such as coriander, fenugreek, fennel seeds, cummin, paprika, indian spice (garam masala), chilli/cayenne pepper just to name a few. Cayenne pepper has a wide variety of medicinal uses including its use as a bandage for minor cuts and scrapes. It can also be used in remedies for throat infections and some other flu like symptoms. Along with eating fruits and vegetables separately, there are many methods to preserving our health with proper consumption of our food. The ways in which we cook our food plays a major role in our health and should never be unaccounted for or overlooked. Heating foods in the microwave or airfryer destroys the nutrients in the food and is radioactive due to the microwaves instantaneously melting the food particles. The best alternative for heating food should be convectional or oven thermal heat. Another method would be by the stove, but must adhere to the types of pans used. Non-stick pans and aluminum pans can cause brain 
deformities such as dementia through usage over time, and in addition, the burning of nutrient rich food through cooking with fire on stove tops can cause cancer when ingested. The best way to cook food if using a stove is the method of steaming, heating water and placing a metal strainer over the boiling water, and then add food items to heated pan. There are so many alternative ways to enjoying the food we love in safer conditions allowing the preservation of our health. There are a numerous variety of edible mushrooms that can be consumed as our favorite entrees including organic spaghetti, mushroom burgers, baked mushrooms, mushroom substitutes for ground beef in taco recipes, mushroom nuggets as a chicken meat replacers, and many more.  One vegan fact that is not so surprising when taken into account is that we are supposed to eat our food unheated exactly as it would be in its natural state. Collard greens can be eaten raw, tree nuts, chickpeas and other legumes, cruciferous leaves and plants, all can be consumed raw without the usage of fire or heat. In this way the body can utilize the food with its most natural metabolic processing especially considering breaking down of these chemicals at the cellular level. Its best to consume our food in this way. Eating tomatoes, a very rich antioxidant vegetable, helps to fight cancers and contains many different healing elements including lycopene, ascorbic acid, and iron which contribute to skin protection, skin wounds/abrasions, and anemia or abnormal blood conditions respectively. These are just a few remedies among thousands of other appliances and substitutions for healthier consumption of food for proper nourishment. As I am constantly finding new information about the harmful substances and chemicals found in our food, I must continue warning people of the detrimental effects of these specific foods and how they destroy the body.
