PHYSICAL THERAPY
KNOWING HOW TO HEAL THE BODY BY KNOWING HOW IT MOVES

Joint Pain
Knee Joint Therapy
To loosen knee joints try this simple exercise: find a flat surface to sit and let lower legs dangle. Allow for the knees to bend and legs to swing vertically. Slights move legs up and down and let them swing freely for about 30 seconds to a minute. This will loosen the knee joints and brings comfort.

Acupuncture
Dry Needle Therapy
Did you know acupuncture can heal persistent pain in the lower back, neck, and joints? Acupuncture can also help resolve dental pain, autoimmune issues/pain, wrist pain, cravings/addictive behavior, feelings of nausea, and cramping during menstruation all from the knowledge of the energy centers of the body and their connections to cosmic energy.

Massage Techniques
Massage Therapy
Every once in a while, it is always good to get a massage to loosen up those tense muscles bundles where we exert the most movement. One simple massage technique I use to loosen my tense shoulders and trapezius muscle is to: take one hand to the opposite shoulder, and press rather moderately on the area of the shoulder blade to the clavicle region in one simple motion. This helps to loosen and relax a common tensed area.
Lower Back Pain
Adjustable Walking Therapy
To relieve tension in the lower back, chose a hallway in your home or a building and pace in a slow steady stride while squeezing both buttocks. This action takes tension off the lower back as emphasis is directed towards the major and minor glutes.
